Overview
The seminar title is "Analytical Methods for the Logistics Professional" and aims for a streamline application of logistics analysis methods.
The underlying experience is low budgets and less time, but a high demand for analysis and prognosis of system support requirements. The practitioners have to get more done with fewer resources. Using increasingly sophisticated software assumes a level of familiarity with the underlying processes. The seminar describes the entire range of analytical processes and tools associated with the practice of modern logistics.
